This policy explains how ReliaWheels (“we”, “us”) handles the personal information you share with us through reliawheels.com, our online forms, and our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Information we collect

When you fill out a form on our website or a Facebook lead ad, we may collect:

  • Your name, or the name of the person you are booking for
  • Phone number and email address
  • Pickup ZIP code
  • Ride details, such as the type of ride, the date, how often you need it, and anything else you choose to tell us about the trip
  • For facilities: your organization’s name and how many rides you expect to need

We also receive basic technical information automatically, such as the page you came from, the ad or campaign that brought you to our site, your browser type and general location. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to contact you about your ride: to call you back, confirm details and pricing, schedule and provide transportation, and answer your questions. We also use it to understand which of our pages and ads are helpful, so we can improve them.

Please share only what we need to arrange your ride. We treat everything you tell us about a passenger’s needs with care and keep it confidential.

We don’t sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, the software we use to receive form submissions and manage customer contacts), and only so they can do that work for us, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tools from:

  • Google Analytics, to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed
  • Google Ads, to measure whether our ads lead to calls and ride requests
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads and show them to people who may need our services

We also remember, in your browser, whether you arrived from one of our ads, so we can show you the right phone number and credit the right campaign.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage ads through Google Ad Settings and your Facebook ad preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide and follow up on your rides, and as required for our business records and legal obligations.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just reach out:

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. A parent or caregiver can request rides on a child’s behalf.
