Discharges rarely run to plan. We work with the unpredictability and can come on short notice.
Pharmacy stops
Prescriptions to collect on the way home? Your driver can make a quick stop so you don’t go without your medication.
Full mobility support
Standard wheelchairs, power chairs, bariatric wheelchairs, or the Broda® Traversa™ Chair. Our vehicles handle all of it.
Caregiver accommodations
One family member or caregiver may ride along free of charge to help with the transition.
Our discharge process
More than just a ride home
We run a fleet of vehicles built for post-procedure comfort. Unlike a standard rideshare, our drivers are trained in wheelchair and Broda® Traversa™ Chair transport, for people recovering from surgery or illness.
A discharge usually needs more than transport. It needs enough help, and enough patience, to see someone properly transported home, which is the part we take seriously.

The hospital name, the unit and room number, and any specific mobility needs.
We can speak directly with your nurse or social worker to pin down the exact pickup time.
Your driver meets you in the unit, helps with your belongings, and makes sure you’re safely transported home.
